Zubby Micheal was born on February 1, 1985, to Mr. and Mrs. Egwu’s family in Ekwusigo Local Area, Anambra State, southeast Nigeria, under the full name Zubby Azubuike Michael Egwu.
He was raised in Adamawa, northeastern Nigeria, despite being a native of Ozobulu in the Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The Nigerian confessed in an interview that he had wonderful parents who raised him in a lovely home. His mother was a teacher, and his father was a prosperous businessman.
During the interview, Zubby Michael also shared his memories of growing up in the North. He believes that Northerners are admirable and outstanding individuals, especially those who have kind hearts.
Zubby Michael said there was a particular day that he didn’t know his father had arrived home and when he found out, he accidentally (out of fear) smashed the car into another car in the compound.
That day, his father gave him the beating of his life. He passed out at some point and was revived with water.
