DURBAN – The late AmaZulu footballer Bonginkosi Ntuli will be laid to rest in KwaZulu-Natal on Thursday.
Family and friends have gathered at Cliffdale Methodist Church.
Ntuli died last Sunday in a Pietermaritzburg hospital.
His comrades and coworkers have gathered to say their final goodbyes to one of their own.
Family, friends, and AmaZulu Football Club supporters have gathered to pay their respects to club striker Bonginkosi Ntuli.
Ntuli was recently diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer, according to the club.
His death shocked supporters, especially because it occurred just a month after he married the football club’s CEO, Snegugu Zungu.
Ntuli has been praised by the club as a focused and committed servant.
